Chilean death metal band Rotten Tomb released their third full-length, Vestiges of Tortured Souls, on June 6, 2026 through Nuclear Winter Records on CD, LP and cassette.
The nine-track album continues the band’s dark and oppressive approach to death metal while giving a stronger role to mournful melodies and lead guitar work. Recorded and mixed by Pablo Clares at DM6 Recording Studio in Santiago, the record follows The Relief of Death from 2024.
Formed in Iquique in 2016, Rotten Tomb have developed a sound rooted in heavy, sepulchral death metal with doom-laden atmosphere and occult undertones. Vestiges of Tortured Souls pushes that identity into a more focused and cohesive third full-length.
